Hi, I’m James Amaral, owner and founder of Amaral Homes. Building homes has been my passion since 1997. After years in the construction industry—starting from laborer and working my way up to manager—I went on to found Mid Florida Masonry Group and later Mid Florida Concrete Pumping. With that foundation, I launched Amaral Homes to bring together my experience, values, and vision for building high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes that families can truly be proud of.

I personally oversee each build, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence. For me, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling. I’m proud to serve families across Central Florida and honored to help turn dreams into homes.
